We decided to take our first family vacation this weekend. We drove up to Duluth Thursday afternoon, checked into the hotel and then went down to Canal Park for dinner. Friday we spent the day driving up the north shore. Saturday we decided to make the trek across Minnesota to Lake Itasca to the Mississippi Head Waters. The boys did great with all of the traveling and eating out. It was a little difficult to get them to bed at night, but then we didn't expect anything else.
